Abatement Applications: Must be filed on an approved form with the Board of Assessors by February, 1 or 30 days after the date the tax bills were mailed, whichever is later.

Exemption Applications: Must be on an approved form with the Board of Assessors on or before December 1 or 3 months after the actual bills are mailed for the fiscal year, whichever is later.
